I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. For individuals with other insurances who wish to use their insurance's out-of-network benefits, I have partnered with Reimbursify to simply the reimbursement process. You can learn more about Reimbursify and download their free app here.

Sliding Scale Fee

I offer a sliding scale fee for appointments based on income. Rates are provided during the free initial consultation or upon request. For farmers located in the Western Mass/Southern VT area, some barter may be available.
